New webmail AUTOMATIC refresh interval

New webmail AUTOMATIC refresh interval

What is the new webmail AUTOMATIC refresh time interval please? Is there any setting adjustment to change the interval?

Problem: I am receiving emails in "blocks".

Example: Four emails sent at four different times over a six minute period by the same sender arrived in my inbox at precisely the same time. This has happened repeatedly over the past three days (ever since the browser email format change by Comcast).

Thank you.

Re: New webmail AUTOMATIC refresh interval

AFAIK, there are no refresh rates in webmail programs.  Those are found in desktop email clients like Outlook or Thunderbird, or in mobile mail apps.  You can manually refresh it of course by clicking on the icon of two circular arrows.  If there is an irregularity it is probably at the server level.
