New look and staying signed in message

Comcast has a new cover page that I don't want to see when I sign in.  I want to go directly to my email.  I use Windows 10 and the latest version on IE.  I went to Tools | Internet Options | deleted the new page and replaced it with my Xfinity email sign in .... it ignores my preference and keeps giving me the new cover page.

In addition, when I sign in, it asks if I want to stay signed in.  I always check yes, and the instructions that pop up indicate that this will allow me to be signed in for 30 days ... this doesn't work either, I have to sign in every time.       Anyone help?
