Xfinity email can not load any messages
Same thing with the Xfinity connect Android app I get a notification of a new email but the app can not load the messsage and going to my inbox I get a "spinning wheel" but it eventually times out and can't load any messages
EVERY MEMBER OF THE TEAM THAT RELEASED THESE PRODUCTS DESERVES TO BE FIRED!
Oh and before you say "there was obviously a problem with the email server" why can any other email program like Outlook or Thunderbird retreive my email without issue at the sametime the Xfinity webmail can not?
First things to try------------
Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.
