New Email Dashboard Features Are Lacking Something

New Email Dashboard Features Are Lacking Something

I have been on a mission for the past 5 months of reporting legitimate spam to spamcop.net - in order to do so, I need to be able to select all and copy the source code with header information, your new email dashboard format no longer gives me the option of selecting all or copying the source/header details.  Please return this option and I will once again be a happy camper.

Re: New Email Dashboard Features Are Lacking Something

Thanks for the additional reply but I found a solution myself - I have been using Microsoft Edge pretty much exclusively since having problems with Firefox last year.  I "was" able to select all and copy the source code within Edge until Comcast made these latest changes to their email dashboard. I saw the option within edge to view in Internet Explorer and did so and was able to select all and copy so I guess I will be reverting to either IE or Firefox when it comes to reporting spam - not sure why Comcast's new changes would cause issues for this option within Edge but then that's not my worry - I just want to use it the way I did before and will now simply have to make adjustments.

I would encourage anyone who gets more than a couple of spam messages a day to set up a free account at spamcop.net and report the spammers - it has really cut my daily amount of spam down by about 2/3 over the past 5 months.

It's been hiding right in front of you.  When you open a message, look to the far right next to "Delete" for a "hamburger" icon.  Click on that and one of the options you see will be "View Source".  That will show you the full headers.

Re: New Email Dashboard Features Are Lacking Something

I appreciate the reply but you need to read my post more carefully - yes, I am aware of the "hamburger" but now I have the new email dashboard (as of today 4-27-17) and the source pops up in a window and there is no option, right clicking or otherwise (like it had until yesterday) for me to select all and copy.

Select and Copy are working for me in the View Source window in webmail version 7.8.3-1.0.0a-23 (click gear icon, then About) in Firefox. What webmail version do you have, what browser are you using, and what browser version? Have you tried clearing cache?
