New E-Mail Pop Up

With the new Xfinity e-mail in place, logging into e-mail produces a pop-up window with the message "Show all content" and if click OK it still stays repeatedly popping up,  If the red X is chosen to close this pop-up, same result.  It remains.  I can use e-mail but it is slower than ever and locks repeatedly. Logging out of Xfinity is only way to get this to unlock.
