New Comcast password isn't recognized on email settings on Mac (OS Sierra 10.12.2)

After changing my Comcast password and then trying to connect to Comcast email on my Mac, I get an error message "unable to verify account or password" with the new password.  Also, when entering the new password on the Comcast server settings tab, it says "A SMTP account already exists".  How do I update the password for the Comcast account on my Mac (OS Sierra 10.12.2)? 

 

I have verified the password is correct by signing into to mail on the Comcast website.
