NO EMAIL UPDATES

since yesterday at 3pm i have not received any emails from Comcast at all.  When I tried to contact them I have not received a response nor do I know how to troubleshoot to find out WHY the emails are not coming through the server.  If I try to view them on my phone they are not there either.

any suggestions anyone?

Check your "Email Safe List" setting under Users & Preferences / (username) / Email Settings at https://customer.xfinity.com/Secure/UserSettings. This option sometimes gets turned on when it should be off. If you can't find the "Email Safe List" setting you'll need to log in with the Primary user ID.

 

If the Safe List setting is correct, give Comcast Security Assurance a call and ask them to help you with this: 1-888-565-4329 (from http://constantguard.comcast.net/dedicated-support/). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers.

The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful. If so, be persistent, and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
