My email opening

My email opening

Hi,
When I click on the envelope on the Xfinity homepage, to open my email, I get a box with "Unsaved Items".
It shows a day and date of an email, then it has two selections, "Delete All" or "Keep All".

I click on Keep All, then select Mail from the top bar.
I like to keep some emails I've opened in my inbox, it reminds me I am waiting for a return email.

This is new, on the old setup I never got this. Is there a way, that when I click on the envelope that

I will automatically go to my Inbox, without this message always coming up? It's annoying.

Thank you,

Gem

Re: My email opening

That box indicates that you had started to compose an email, then left it open and un-sent.  Look at the menu bar;  do you have a Compose page open?

Re: My email opening

Thank you for your reply. Oddly the problem has gone away. But if it comes up again, I will do as you suggest.
