My companies legitimate email is being marked as spam

 

 

Having a problem with emails we send that are being tagged as spam. Comcast isn't blocking our messages but rather filtering emails that contain our URL www.cytiot.com, marking them as spam.

 

I have tested on my personal comcast account and even if I mark as 'not spam', any messages with our URL www.cytiot.com in email is marked as spam regardless of the originator IP address.

 

The 'Blocked Provider Request Form' is no use b/c they aren't blocking the email based on IP but instead tagging as spam based on content.

 

Any suggestions?

Comcast Security Assurance should be able to help you with this. Give them a call at 1-888-565-4329 (from http://constantguard.comcast.net/dedicated-support/). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers.

The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful. If so, be persistent, and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.

It's going to work now, but you really need to audit your mailing lists.  The party responsible for your bulk mailing is getting a lot of spam reports.
