My Email

My email arrow is faded now, it doesn't tell me how many emails I have. It doesn't give me a number of emails. I have to go in and check and there are always emails in there. This just happened yesterday and I shut down computer and it still doesn't show my blue arrow or the number of emails.

Have you clicked on refresh, or cleared your browser cache?
Which browser/ version are you using.

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

I'm sorry I don't know about computers, I have windows my system is Vista. I will click refresh and see but i shut it down 2x, i just don't know what happened.

I clicked the refresh the blue arrow comes on and then fades. still the same.
