Missing Folders in Emails

Missing Folders in Emails

Since my email was upgraded I am now missing a number of folders which I need.  How do I go about getting them back including the emails saved in those particular folders?  I already checked and they are not hidden under any other folders in my list.

Hi gumma6, I can certainly look into your email folders issue. Could you please send me a private message with the affected email address and names of the missing folders?

 

Click on my name "ComcastElla", then click "Private Message Me".
