Missing Emails

Missing Emails

Hello,

 

Last week I noticed I am missing all my emails from 7/1/16 to 11/15/16 when I check via outlook on my desktop PC or via any online browser, yet I can see them via the Xfinity Connect app on my iPhone. Please advise how I get these emails back on the server so they can be accessed everywhere!

Do you have the account enabled on the phone using POP3?  If so, it would download the messages and then delete them from the server.  In order to see them on all devices, they all need to be using IMAP.
