Missing Emails in Folders in the New Email Format

Missing Emails in Folders in the New Email Format

In the new email format, the email server cannot access the emails in the folders other than the general inbox, output, trash.

A message displayed says the connection to the remote mail server was refused or timeout or try again.  This is happening on

my pc and smartphone.

Are you using an email client on the PC like Outlook or Thunderbird or something?  If so, can you see the emails if you just use your browser to sign into the webmail UI?
