I cannot get my emails after downloading Windows 10.

Edge is still a work in progress if you search these forms you will find lots of problems with it.

 

Internet Explorer is still in Windows 10.   Have you tried it?

FYI,   I installed Win 10 and haven't had any issues with it.  So far, using Edge too.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
