Message that appears i don't understand

I wasn't sure which board to choose, so I guessed.

Two problems:

1.  I frequently have the email screen show blank with lines around it like this: - - - - -.  In the center it says something about dropping the EML file.  I can't figure out how to get rid of it.

 2.  I can't delete email.  Once I do it appears again.  This is driving me crazy.  Any ideas?

Re: Message that appears i don't understand

Are you using only the Comcast webmail interface, or a desktop email client like Outlook or Thunderbird?  Or are you on a tablet or what?  How are you accessing your email?

If you are uisng only the webmail UI with a browser--------------------

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session.

If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser and see if you can duplicate the problem that way.
