Message "Secure Connection Failed" when accessing email with web browser

I get the error below  when I try to access my comcast email using Firefox or IE 11,  I've spoken to numerous support staff at comcast and I'm getting no answers.  This has been going on for over a week now.   This seems like a server side issue.  Does anyone have any insight as to what may be happening?

 

Secure Connection Failed
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.
