Email message from a joseph@onointernational.com  (Comcast@centercare.com) saying that my account will expire on April 2, 2015 unless I upgrade.   Can you get these folks off my back?

I can tell you it's not from Comcast.  And your account isn't going to "expire" unless you don't pay your bill.
