Marking users as "Not Spam"

Marking users as "Not Spam"

Since I enabled my spam filters, I sometimes see emails getting routed to my spam folder. When I "Mark as Not Spam" on the email, it moves back to my Inbox - great. But , I have had to do this multiple times for the same sender. Shouldn't marking as "not spam" have to be done only once?

Sorry meant to say "senders" not "users".

It takes time to "train" the filters as to what you think is or is not junk.  Just keep marking them as not spam.  An alternative would be to try using a filter to make sure emails from that sender go to the Inbox.
