Mailer Daemon Delivery Status Notification Question

Mailer Daemon Delivery Status Notification Question

So I have been sending messages to my auto broker and for some reason it keeps kicking back that the message failed after 0s attempt. I can send them from my phone just not from my PC and I even tried not using my email client and going straight through the comcast site and it still kicks back. Any ideas on why this is happening and how I can remedy it? It makes absolutely no sense to me.

FYI - I use Firefox for Internet and Thunderbird for email. I have not tried it in IE.

Thanks for your help.

Re: Mailer Daemon Delivery Status Notification Question

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification. Delivery to the following recipients was aborted after 0 second(s): ********@hmbrown.com

Also, I am replying directly to the e-mail she sent to me so it really doesn't make sense.

"Status 5.1.1" usually means the user ID was not found at the receiving server. Are you using the address found on http://www.hmbrown.com/brokers/listing/karen-manzanares ?

Yes, I am using that email address and in most instances I am replying directly to an email she sent to me.
