How do I switch an email contact and email address from one group to another??

I would just delete them from one and add them to the other one.  But if you are still in the old format, you can open the address book, select the contact and then click on "Add to group" in the toolbar.  It will look like this---------------------

If you are in the new format, you can just drag and drop contacts into groups.
