Mail on Windows 8.1

My mail has been working fine for three months but since two days ago it is not synching (Comcast shows mail in my inbox but it has not downloaded to my computer which unfortunately has windows 8.1.  If there is a way to check my settings I haven't found it.  Anyone know?

Re: Mail on Windows 8.1

Open Windows Mail.  Swipe in from the right of the screen, and then click or tap "Settings".  Then click or tap  "Accounts".  Then click on your Comcast account, and you will see the pane with all the settings in it.  Scroll it up and down to see them all.

Re: Mail on Windows 8.1

Well thanks but all that shows is my email address.  It gives me the option to delete it and I'm sure I could then add it again from scratch but I hate to do that.  I guess I'll try adding a new one with a different name and see how that works out.

After a few days Mail resumed working.  I never found what was wrong.
