Mail Delivery System

Mail Delivery System

On May 4th I began receiving "Mail Delivery Notifications" that emails were being aborted. All aborted emails are all to the same company/domiain. These are known addresses, people I have been communicating with for years, with multiple emails per day. I continue to receive emails from these people. I cannot even reply to their emails to me. Any suggestions? My end or their end? Thanks, Jeff

Re: Mail Delivery System

You would need to provide more detail on the error message you get back. It will contain codes or verbiage that can be used to determine why this might be happening. If you post details, please edit out any full email addresses.

The issue that was causing these messages to fail has been resolved.  You should be able to resend your messages without any issue.

Re: Mail Delivery System

Thank you for the note from Comcast support, saying the problem was resolved. However, I just now tried to send an email to the IT director at the company I am having trouble sending to. He did not receive my message. It the problem seems to continue. JM

Re: Mail Delivery System

Your mail attempts before were blocked due to some of our sending mail servers being blacklisted by a provider that the recipient domain uses.  That issue has been resolved, and I'm seeing that your messages to the recipient have been accepted by that organization's mail server.  From our perspective, there's no visibility we have as to why messages now wouldn't be delivered.
