Lost my Xfinity inbox transfering to Outlook

Lost my Xfinity inbox transfering to Outlook

I received notice that Comcast would no longer host emails so I took their advice and set up an Outlook account. Now I lost my entire inbox after the transfer. It had appeared in Outlook at first, but when I went back to check, the entire inbox except for the most recent emails was gone. Windows did a big update, and I am wondering what happend to my emails.

You need to clarify------who told you Comcast will no longer "host" email?  You got a notice from where?
