Anything I can do to retrieve contacts in my iPad by doing some thing in comcast

Re: Lost contacts in iPad.

How are you accessing your email on the iPad?  Are you using the Mail app that comes with iOS, or the Xfinity Connect mobile app, or going through Safari?  It matters because the Contacts app in iOS is from Apple, and in the webmail and Xfinity app it's from Comcast.  If you are talking about the Comcast address book, they do automatic back-ups if you are using the old email format.  You would need to access those using a desktop computer.  If you are using the Apple Contacts app--------do you have an iCloud account, and is it enabled on the iPad?  If so, the address book should be backed up, and you should be able to recover the contacts that way.

This is in reference to an iPhone, but it's iOS so I would think it's the same-------------------
