One of the many problems with the new Xfinity email is that links do not work. I received my most recent Comcast bill and the View Your Bill button no longer works. So I have to take extra steps to separately go to my account to view my bill.
Has anyone else encountered this and if so found a fix?
The link in that billing notice works just fine for me. So do any other links I have in incoming emails from other senders. Try refreshing the page, and if that doesn't do it, try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that still doesn't work, then try using a different browser.
