Large Amount of Email Being Directed to Spam Folder

Recently a large amount of email being sent to me is being directed to my Spam folder when it is legitimate email.  Why is this occurring?

 

I have also learned that some of the email that I have been sending to other Comcast users is also landing in their spam folder.  This does not seem to be an isolated issue.

Comcast Security Assurance may be able to help you with this. Give them a call at 1-888-565-4329 (from http://constantguard.comcast.net/dedicated-support). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers.

The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful. If so, be persistent, and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
