Lack of signing out of e-mail while still on comcast

Why did they do away with the sign out box on the e-mail page? Now your e-mail stays open till you totally exit comcast. I do NOT like that and want to know why.

This is happening to me as well starting 050615. It coincided with my home page now saying my.xfinity instead of simply xfinity.com I checked the compatibility settings for IE11 and included this new URL, cleared the cookies etc. but it is still happening.

 

Has anyone found a solution to this yet? Like others in the past I find this disconcerting.

A sign out screen now appears at the top of the tool-bar. I didn't do anything, it simply reappeared after a week.

Mine reappeared this week also but without any notice. However, in another post ComcastJordan noted that Comcast had recognized the issue so I presume the hiccup was finally resolved.
