Keep email after cancel service?

Keep email after cancel service?

Does anyone know if in fact Comcast will keep your email accounts active if you cancel the service?

 

The web site says they will:

https://www.xfinity.com/support/internet/email-only-faqs/

https://www.xfinity.com/support/internet/using-email-only/

 

BUT, every time I call Comcast support, they say it will be deleted once service is cancelled, and the billing department doesn't have a clue...

Yes, you can keep your comcast.net email address if you cancel your service.
