Keep e-mail address when moving service

I am a 25 year customere with Comcast and one of the few who have had very few issues over the ears. I have Comcast in Michigan and Arizona under seperate accounts. I am discontinuing my service in Michigan due to the fact I can no longer go on my seasonal plan unless I wait 10 months. I want to make sure I do not lose my email addy. What is it that I must do o keep it. Is there a way to associate it to my Arizona account?

First of all, last April Comcast changed it's policy about email.  If you downgrade or cancel service you can still  keep the email account active.   See herre-----------------

If you still want that email address associated with the account in Arizona, you would need to call them for that.  Start with Comcast security-------------------
