Issue with outgoing email

Hello -- while using the web client for email access this last week, I started to notice that my email does not appear to be going out. I get a popup that says "email sent" but I am getting reports from recipients that they aren't seeing my messages coming in. So I tested it by sending email from my account to another personal email address, and sure enough, the message does not arrive.

I've checked on the receiving end for incoming email being blocked, but that's not the case -- and sending to a secondary address (such as my wife's) on my account doesn't appear to work either.

Does anyone have an idea of what might be going on? Started happening earlier this week, from what I can tell.

Comcast Security Assurance might be able to help you with this. Give them a call at 1-888-565-4329 (from http://constantguard.comcast.net/help/report-abuse/). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers.

The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful. If so, be persistent, and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
