Is this phishing?

I received the email below and it looks like phishing. If you agree, it would behoove you to send a warning to all your customers.

Dear Valued Comcast Customer,

We're enhancing our site! As we work to improve your online experience.
During our regular update and verification of Xfinity Online Services, there
was an error in retrieving your billing information. Did you in the last few days/weeks/months change your account number. To avoid an interruption
of your services update your billing information today.

Click on Account Update to review your payment information for
accuracy, using our subscription manager which can be accessed via the
link. Please Verify the information you entered is correct to Avoid Permanent
Suspension. We will not be held responsible for any Errors, Omissions,
Missing or Incorrect information. We apologies for any inconvenience and
appreciate your understanding
