Re: Is it possible to see if an email was opened ???

What you are describing is a "read receipt".  If you are using the old email format in Comcast, it does not have that option, unless you enable the account in a desktop email client like Outlook or Thunderbird.  The new email format does have the feature.  Two considerations are that a)  Compliance on the part of the recipient is voluntary.  They are free to ignore read requests.  b)  Not all email programs support the use of read receipts.  For example, iCloud accounts, Yahoo and Gmail do not have any provision for it.  So even if you send someone with a Yahoo or Gmail account a request for a read receipt, they won't see it.

So there is really no good way to tell if someone has looked at an email unless they want you to know they did.
