Internet Explorer not working

Internet Explorer not working

I keep getting the message "Internet Explorer has stopped working".  After following microsoft help, the message is "Your computer appears to be correctly configured, but the device or resource is not responding".    I have gotten into Infinity help and tried their suggestions to correct (reset, turning off, etc.) to no avail.   We have two users on our account.  Everything is OK with one, but the problem persists with the other.   Any help would be greatly appreciated
