Intermittent problem scrolling email using xifinity and safari

Using xfinity (comcast) to view my email, but far too often, I cannot scroll to see the entire email.   Sometimes, even on the very same email, I can scroll and then a second later, I cannot.   Is there a setting I need to adjust?   Using Safari for my browser.    Thanks!

Try clearing out the browsing history in Safari, then close it and restart it in a fresh session.
