I lose messages from the inbox.

I don't know where the page you show is, giving me the choice of how long to keep a message.

To go to Both boxes I showed you.

Go to the Xfinity Connect Inbox

Click on the word Preferences on the toolbar

Click on the word Email

You are now seeing all of your Email settings

Scroll to them one Reading email and click there to open it

Scroll further down until you see EMAIL DELETION SCHEDULE, click to open that one.

You will be looking at the number of days, in particular, emails are saved before they are AUTOMATICALLY deletes from the areas and Unread Folders.  For example, if it shows 2 weeks for read email or unread email, CHANGE the number of days to NEVER.

Post back again please.

If neither explains missing email I would advise changing your password now.  To do that, go to the homepage, scroll down to Help and Support, look for QUICK LINKS there.  Under Quick Links, click on Re-Set my password, then follow te steps shown in the Windows.
