Inability to send from home laptop using IMAP account

Inability to send from home laptop using IMAP account

Status:  Now using Outlook 2010, Windows 10, and Comcast POP and IMAP accounts via Outlook

Sent Items are continually hanging in one Alias Outbox and not showing up in Sent Items for the account doing sending.   I fix one day and next day it won't work.

The only way to send and receive to Comcast server is using POP account as default and having both IMAP and POP accounts on laptop.

What is wrong?

The send/receive error message is 0x800410

I'm not familiar with Outlook, but see if this applies to you------------------

Thank you!  I'll give this a try.  It looks like just what I need.  Thanks again!
