If you go to the Comcast Email page, and go to the top , there is a button labeled "Address Book" to click on.  When you click on that there is another button , "Build your Address Book" that you can click on with process to import Addresses from places like Gmail.

What JamesR posted is correct if you are still on the old email format.  If you are on the new one, again click on "Address Book" on the Inbox page, then on the landing page click on "Address Book" in the left folder pane.  You can right-click on that folder and you will see the option to Import.  Or click on the "hamburger" menu icon to the right of it.

That's because right now you can't export from the new format.  They found a bug in it and they took it down along with the ability to print your address book.  There is no known date yet for a fix.
