IMAP account emails are being blocked

IMAP account emails are being blocked

I switched my account from POP to IMAP on my Mac and iPhone and ever since then the comcast servers are blocking 90% of my emails. I don't have any filters on. The  customer service rep sent me 4 test emails tonight and I didn't receive any of them. I don't know why changing from POP to IMAP would affect my email because that has nothing to do with  comcast . I have all the Port Numbers correct on both devices. I'm baffled!

I'm curious------does the email work OK if you use only the webmail UI with your browser?
