IMAP Server Problems

Well, I've been waiting for almost two hours for my chat to connect with someone at Comcast with this problem. I keep getting "Your IMAP server closed the connection." and the email and password box keeps popping up. I went into my account and checked and set all the correct information. Ever since they changed the system my outlook 2010 is giving me fits and so is webmail. I run Windows 7 professional on my PC. Here are the details of the IMAP error. Any ideas? Connection queue full Protocol: IMAP Server: imap.comcast.net Port: 993 Error Code: 0x800CCCDD

I have no experience with Outlook myself, but see if this applies to your situation----------------------

Re: IMAP Server Problems

Thank you for the response.  I went in and looked at that setting, the box was already check and set at 1 minute intervals.  It seems that the problem went away by itsself (for the moment).  We'll see how long it lasts.

Once again, thank you.
