I want to keep Yahoo, but I want to get rid of AT&T.

Just got Comcast and I want to set up a different Browser than Att@yahoo.com, but I like Yahoo

AT&T is not a browser, it's an ISP.  If you mean you want to keep the AT&T email address you have you should be able to.  AT&T is one of the few ISPs that lets you keep their email address after you leave them, because it's actually a Yahoo account under the hood.

Browsers would be things like Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome etc.
