I need to create an email filter for an email address that is harassing me

I have an email from an outlook.com address that comcast has told me I have to connect email to block that address. That makes no since to me since it is coming to my email and I want to block it.

In webmail, click on Preferences ---> Email ---> Email filters ---> Add Filter.  You can set up a fliter there to send that address to Trash.
