I'm not receiving emails on my I phone Comcast account

I cannot receive emails on my Iphone, have compared all the setting to my iPad and they are the same. I am receiving emails on my iPad and on another 2 accounts on iPhone, just not on Comcast account.

Is the account on the iPad using POP3 settings?  Because it sounds like the tablet is downloading the messages and then deleting them from the server before the phone can "see" them.  Try this-------------Turn off the iPad.  Send a test message to that account from some other one you have;  does the email show up on the phone now?  Also, do you have a non-Comcast account enabled on the phone like Yahoo or something?  Do messages show up OK in that one?
