I inadvertently sent an email containing sensitive information to the wrong address.  Can I recall it if it hasn't been opened yet?

Unfortunately no.  Once you hit send it's gone.  There is no way to recall it.  The only way it could be done would be if you were using an email client like Thunderbird, Outlook or some other, and the email was still sitting in the Outbox for some reason.
