I have not had xfinity e-mail for the past several days

I am a loyal Comcast customer, I have not had e-mail service since 10/80/2015, I am extremely upset... I spent the last 5 evenings trying to get the e-mail issue resolved, spent 2 hours on the phones two nights in a row with 2 Philippine Comcast agent, Grace, Jeffery, I was told that someone would call me or come to my home to resolve my Internet issues. .....

I just got off the phone with an agent Emmy, she stated to me that the internet service is not available for the last several days; it would be nice to receive a phone call stating that there is problems with the Internet Service, I get alerts from my accounts daily on my e-mail…. I am extremely upset at this time…..PLEASE SOMEONE GIVE A POSITIVE ANSWER, WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE SYSTEM!!!!!!!!

It may be a Comcast problem, or it very well could be an issue with your computer mail setup.

If you post details, someone will try to help you.

You need to tell us exactly what is going on.  Are you using only the Comcast webmail or an email client like Outlook or Thunderbird, etc?  Are you using a desktop computer or a mobile device like a smartphone or tablet or what?  Can you recieve email but not send or the other way around?
