I cannot send any emails using MSOutlook or via my iPhone and iPad

I cannot send any emails using MSOutlook or via my iPhone and iPad

The past two weeks more and more contacts are telling me they never received an email I sent.

I use MSOutlook on my laptop and alson have my email acccount set up on my ipad and iphone.

With each of these three, the email I send is shown in the "Sent" file AS WELL AS when I log onto comcast.com and check my email account. BUT only when I send an email when logged on does it go through. NOTE: I am receiving emails just fine.
