I can't get my email on my page

Hi " I has been unavaible to receive my email for about 3 weeks ,I been talking with agents many times ,but they don.t solve my problem ,what I supost to do.?

How are you accessing your email------on a computer with a browser, or a desktop client like Thunderbird or Outlook?  Or are you using the mail app on a mobile device?  Have you tried sending yourself an email from some other, non-Comcast, account you have like Yahoo or Gmail?  Does it get through OK?
