How to erase addresses in drop down menu when composing a message

When I compose a new email, a drop down menu with addresses to that person shows up.  Many of these addresses are typos, but they are still in that drop down menu.  How do I get rid of the ones I can never use?

If you are still on the old format, you can't do anything with the auto-fill feature.  It has been wonky for a while now, and since everyone is going to be migrated to the new format at some point, I doubt Comcast is wasting any time trying to fix it.  If you are on the new format, click on the gear icon in the upper right corner by your name, then on Settings>>>>>Mail>>>>>>Mail Settings>>>>>Common.  That is where you can control whether it saves contacts when sending or reading emails.
