How to change a preferred email from spam to inbox status

for years I have been successfully receiving a daily quote from an agency that I have purposely signed up for.  All of a sudden, Comcast has decided that it is spam.  How can I tell the system that these daily quotes are valid and I want to receive them on a daily basis?

For one thing, when they get to the Spam folder keep marking them as Not Spam to help train the filters.  It could take a while.  You can also call Comcast security and ask why the filters are suddenly snagging emails from that domain-------------------
