How do you set up POP3 email on a iPad4 running iOS 8.3

Since I downloaded iOS 8.3 my Comcast.Net email has quit working.  I deleted my email account on my iPad and tried to reinstall it.  I cannot find an option for using POP3 so that email downloaded on my iPad and deleted thereon will NOT delete it from the server.  I've tried to set the incoming mail server to "pop.comcast.net" and the port to 995.  It tries to verify my account but comes back with the message: "The IMAP server "pop.comcast.net" is not responding...."

 

Can anybody help me?
