How do I use the colors I can choose from? .

How do I use the colors I can choose from? .

Why can I NOT get to change to any color I choose? The icon does open and the colors show but nothing changes. Plus why is there all the to-do's above my message here but not in any of our emails? Here it is much easier and we like better than what you have brought out. I do not like this new service at all.

I do not even know what the different colors are for. They sure are not for the way Xfinity used to be. I thought the different colors were or could be used for background for a message or the fonts. Why is there an icon there? I looked all over this site and found not one single thing about it. Yes, I am in the new format of email.

I posted about font size and cannot find any answer from an expert. How do we change the size like we used to?

Are you in the new email format?  If so, what are you trying to change the color of?  Are you composing an email to send out or what?

OK you lost me.  What page are you looking at?  On the Compose page the buttons are on the toolbar for changing the fonts, font colors, size and so on.  Or are you looking at something else?

It is when I wish to reply to an email or friend.

When you use Reply or Reply All, the buttons on the toolbar should work the same way they do when composing a new message.  If you want to change something you typed, just highlight it and then use whatever you want for size, color or font from what's available in the toolbar.

Should all you said work for just replying a short message too? It just does not work and I am no linger going to try. You guys sure made a bad choise in change. ( I just hade a mistake in spelliing and have spell checker on and it didn't even change or give me its small screen choice.

If you're using the "Quick Reply" then no, the HTML settings are not available.  But they should work OK in the regular response page.
